1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PrintMyDrawings. By accessing or using our print management platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chronos HQ LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organization.

2. Description of Service

PrintMyDrawings provides a platform for Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), and other professionals to order professional printing services, including large-format prints, blueprints, marketing materials, and corporate documents. The Service includes file upload, order management, payment processing, and fulfillment through our network of print partners.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate information.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase printing services at the prices displayed. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Volume discounts may apply as indicated during the ordering process.

4.3 Payment

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and account credits. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.4 Credits and Refunds

Account credits may be earned through promotions, refunds, or subscription benefits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Refunds for cancelled orders may be issued to your original payment method or as account credits, at our discretion. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.

5. File Upload and Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the files and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and reproduce Your Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your print orders.

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that violates these restrictions or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.

5.3 File Retention

Uploaded files are retained for 30 days after order completion to facilitate reprints and customer support. After this period, files are securely deleted. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of all uploaded content.

6. Print Quality and Fulfillment

6.1 Quality Standards

We strive to deliver high-quality prints that accurately reproduce your uploaded files. However, final print quality depends on the resolution and quality of your source files. We recommend uploading files at 300 DPI or higher for optimal results.

6.2 Color Accuracy

Due to variations in monitors, printers, and materials, printed colors may differ slightly from what appears on your screen. We cannot guarantee exact color matching unless you request a proof and approve it before final printing.

6.3 Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Production delays may occur due to high volume, equipment issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.

6.4 Delivery and Pickup

Orders may be fulfilled through pickup at a partner location or delivery to your specified address. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or pickup.

7. Subscriptions

We offer subscription plans that provide additional benefits such as credits, discounts, and priority support. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the subscription rate
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Unused subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing period

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Chronos HQ LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRONOS HQ LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chronos HQ LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also send you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chronos HQ LLC regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
